Title: MapleStory 3rd Job Warrior – Crusader Skills, Crusader Skill Build (Skill Allocation) with Explanation!
Useful Link: View all MapleStory 3rd job questions and answers here.

Requirement: Level 70
Go to El Nath – Chief Residence and speak to Tylus. After talking to Tylus, head back to Victoria Island and talk to “Dances with Balrog” which is located in Perion. Next, find the Door of Dimension located at Ant Tunnel Park and it’ll bring you to “The Path of the Glittering Crystal”. Walk until the end of the path and enter the portal to defeat the wiseman’s dark side to obtain the Black Charm. Return to “Dances with Balrog” and exchange the Black Charm for a Necklace of Strength. Return to El Nath after that and give the item to Tylus. Head on to the Holy Ground at the Snowfield (Sharp Cliff II). 1 Dark Crystal is requirred to answer 5 questions to obtain the Necklace of Wisdom. Again, head back to Tylus in El Nath and give him the Necklace of Wisdom.

How to read this skill build? 16 – 18 means Level 16, 17 and 18 [Level 16 to 18]. For 20 – 20, it means only Level 20. The guide below is purely a personal recommendation and need not be followed. Each skill listed below has advices/tips shared by senior players to guide you in building your character!

Pearl of Knowledge:
Crusader have unique skills such as Panic and Coma that needs to be charged before they could be unleashed! Both of these skills require combo orbs (circling around them). Panic is used against a single target by inflicting very high damage while Coma is used against mobs of monster, stunning them in their tracks. Coma deals less damage to a single target however, if its in mobs of 4-6, its damage is much more than Panic! Similar concept to Warrior 1st Job Power Strike and Slash Blast. Power Strike and Slash Blast is used to charge these special blue orbs.

Below is the hierarchy order of Pirate advancement: [Warrior Main Page]
Pirate -> Gunslinger -> Vaklyrie (Outlaw) -> Captain (Corsair)
Pirate -> Infighter (Brawler) -> Buccaneer (Marauder) -> Viper (Buccaneer)

Combo Attack 30 [MAX] / Panic 30 [MAX] / Coma 30 [MAX] / Improving MP Recovery 20 [MAX]
Shout 30 [MAX] / Armor Crash [11/20] / Shield Mastery [0/20]
Reason for this Build
Combo Attack is maxed because it increases your main core attacking skill damage (Power Strike and Slash Blast). Coma is maxed after Combo Attack, which is later followed by Panic. Why Coma first? Coma is able to deal more damage than Panic when its used against mobs of monster, and it stuns too! Panic is best used against boss or a single target which has lots of HP. In short, Coma is best for training, it saves your HP potion by stunning monster (disabling them to counter attack). Shout is added so you can spam stun, however the damage is kinda weak. Improving MP Recovery is maxed to save MP Potions. Its best to max out the offense skills before the supportive skills so it can help you level faster.

It’s appropriate time to make some plans for the future and it is time to be happy. I have read this post and if I could I want to suggest you few interesting things or tips. Perhaps you can write next articles referring to this article. I want to read even more things about it!

  2. 03/09/2011 at 7:32 pm | #2

I precisely desired to appreciate you again. I am not sure what I would have made to happen in the absence of the entire points discussed by you over my problem. It was a very troublesome crisis in my circumstances, but witnessing a specialized style you processed it made me to weep with fulfillment. Now i am happy for this service and thus hope you recognize what a powerful job you are carrying out educating people today with the aid of your blog. I know that you have never got to know any of us.

Throughout this great scheme of things you actually secure a B- for hard work. Where you actually lost us ended up being on all the details. You know, it is said, the devil is in the details… And it could not be much more correct here. Having said that, let me say to you what exactly did deliver the results. Your authoring is definitely really convincing which is most likely the reason why I am making the effort to comment. I do not really make it a regular habit of doing that. Next, despite the fact that I can easily notice the leaps in reasoning you come up with, I am not really confident of just how you appear to connect your ideas which in turn help to make the final result. For now I will, no doubt subscribe to your issue but wish in the future you connect the dots better.

I think you should at least get level 1 panic before completely maxing coma other than that the tut is fine. it’s a good build, Armor crash will probably not be used .. or rarely. you can always survive without MP recov but i guess it is nice to have extra 30 every few seconds :p

    04/05/2009 at 8:50 pm | #8

    Tut is completely wrong.

You max Combo First without question.
Then Coma. Then panic. Then Shout. Then Armor Crash.

    No further questions.
