Title: MapleStory 1st Job Warrior – Fighter Skills, Fighter Skill Build (Skill Allocation) with Explanation!

Requirement: Level 30
Head back to Shrine of Warriors once you’ve reached Lv 30, which is located at the highest point of Perion. Go inside, talk to “Dances with Balrog”. He’ll give you a letter and you’ve to pass it to the job advancement instructor near Perion. After giving the letter, you’ll be given an errand to collect 30 Dark Marbles by defeating the monsters inside. Be careful to stock your potions up before you start collecting the 30 Dark Marbles. Once you’ve collected 30 Dark Marbles, talk to the instructor, and he’ll award you with a Proof of a Hero. Go back to Perion’s Shrine Warrior, and talk to “Dances with Balrog” once again, where then you’ll advance as the Fighter.

How to read this skill build? 16 – 18 means Level 16, 17 and 18 [Level 16 to 18]. For 20 – 20, it means only Level 20. The guide below is purely a personal recommendation and need not be followed. Each skill listed below has advices/tips shared by senior players to guide you in building your character!

Pearl of Knowledge:
Fighter class specialty is solo-ing boss monster as it deals higher damage to a single target. It deals balance damage to all monsters because fighter attack does not depend on any element advantages towards a specific monster. However, if it comes to mob or boss with a specific weak element, then there is where page and spearman shines.

Below is the hierarchy order of Pirate advancement: [Warrior Main Page]
Pirate -> Gunslinger -> Vaklyrie (Outlaw) -> Captain (Corsair)
Pirate -> Infighter (Brawler) -> Buccaneer (Marauder) -> Viper (Buccaneer)

30 – 30 : Sword/Axe Mastery 1
31 – 36 : Sword/Axe Mastery 3
37 – 46 : Final Attack Sword/Axe 3 [MAX]

63 – 63 : Power Guard 2 [MAX], Sword/Axe Mastery 1 [MAX]
64 – 69 : Sword/Axe Booster 3
70 – 70 : Sword/Axe Booster 2, (Anything 1 – Endure/Hp Recovery/Iron Body/etc)
Summary – Total 121 SP
Sword Mastery 20 [MAX] / Sword Booster 20 [MAX] / Axe Mastery [0/20] / Axe Booster [0/20]
Final Attack 30 [MAX] / Rage 20 [MAX] / Power Guard 30 [MAX]
Reason for this build
Weapon Mastery is added first to boost up your default weapon mastery 10% to 60%. Hence, you would be hitting with random stable damage within (60 – 100)% range instead of (10 – 100)%. Final Attack followed after Mastery because it gives you 1 free automatic attack that happens within a split second without any cost to your mana (MP). Final Attack is much faster than Weapon + Booster. Rage is added next to further boost your weapon damage. Also, by pumping rage, you save your meso and inventory slots from purchasing temporary weapon attack potions. Power Guard is pumped up after Rage to reduce the damage received from monster touch/bump. This helps to save your HP potions. Booster is added last so it could help you swing your sword/axe more faster.

rageRage
Temporarily boosts the weapon attack level of everyone in the party around the area, but also decreases the level of weapon defense. Useful for all classes except for magician because they use magic attack instead of weapon attack. Rage works well with Power Guard. The less defense you have, the more damage you receive, but with power guard activated, you are able to reflect more damage to the monster.

Hi. i believe a better build would be without Final Attack. You didn’t mention that Final Attack for Slash Blast is horrifically fail, Since they will be using it until level 120′s. The Final Attack is fail because when it is successful with slash blast which will be 50%, the Final Attack does less than 250% damage(I’m not sure how much exactly) and not to all the monsters as well, as the more mobs you will be hitting the damage decreases severely to a point where sometimes it misses or does 1.
