Found 2 ways for the problem description below
The exception BreakPoint
A breakpoint has been reached.
(0×80000003) occurred in the application at location 0×7c839a95.
Click on OK to terminate the program.

- Solution #1
- Services stop or restart your computer
- Locate these two files
- c:/program files/symantec/Semantec Endpoint Protection/sysplant.sys
- c:/windows/system32/sysplant.sys
- Change the name (ex. sysplant.old.sys)
- Services start or restart computer.
- Solution #2
- Start -> Run -> Type: “RegEdit” (without double quotes) -> Click OK
- Locate [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SysPlant]
- Change “Start” to DWORD:00000004
- Exit and restart your system.
